I had a great experience at this hotel during the Akita festival, where we found a spacious non-smoking room, although it came at a high price. The lobby was bright and welcoming, and check-in was easy. While the room was fantastic, the price variation can be a concern depending on the season. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, especially outside of peak festival times.

I had a great stay at this hotel, just a short walk from JR Akita Station. The room was spacious and clean, and I enjoyed looking out at the lovely yellow leaves through the window. However, I had some issues with the toilet flush, which was a bit annoying. Overall, I found it to be a pleasant experience, even if the price was a bit high during the festival.

I stayed at this hotel during the Akita festival, and while I paid a premium for the only available non-smoking room in the city, it was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a charming lobby and is conveniently located within walking distance of various attractions, but staff language barriers made communication a bit tricky. The room was great, but I imagine it would be even better at normal rates when visiting outside of festival times.
